Customization is excellent & Customer Service is great!

I had very particular requirements for what I wanted on my Navy retired cap. I knew what I wanted, though, and explained it to Lisa at Gearvet. She asked questions, showed me a detailed mockup, waited for my approval, and then Gearvet delivered precisely what I wanted for what I think was a very reasonable price. The delivery was efficient, but since it was custom, I expected some delay; however, it turned out to be not too bad at all.

I ordered a shirt without looking at he size chart. When it arrived, it was too large for me. I contacted the company and got a quick response. The shirt was true to size, and I was given the opportunity to order another shirt at a greatly reduced price. New shirt arrived and fits perfectly! Best hat in my military hat collection.

Originally, I thought there was a mistake in the shipping time or my item had gotten lost, but after contacting customer service, I realized the concern was unwarranted, it was a pleasure working with Lisa and customer service. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. My custom made hats are of the finest quality, workmanship, and material, they are the best in my military hat collection, and I have 22, lol.
