Order Adjustment/Cancellation
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
You may request an order change or cancellation within 6 hours after purchase by contacting us via email: support@gearvet.com.
Depending on the order status, we may be able to update:
- The shipping address
- The size or color
- Other order details that do not change the product price
Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
Personalized designs cannot be changed once production has begun.
If an order is successfully cancelled before production begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After the 6-hour cancellation window, personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may no longer be cancelled.
